Padded Envelopes
If you are planning on shipping small items, or books, you will want to invest in a good selection of padded envelopes or bubble mailers.
These inexpensive, heavy duty mailers will hold heavy objects (like books) and protect smaller objects (like jewelery) when mailing.
Rule of thumb: if its being mailed 1st class, you need a padded envelope.
I sometimes purchase the largest sized padded envelope or bubble mailer I can find and then cut them in half for smaller items. This saves me money on just buying the smaller size.
